What Our Warranty Covers
At Summit Phone Repair, we stand by our quality with a lifetime warranty on all of our repair services. Our warranty includes:
  • Coverage Scope: Our lifetime warranty covers all repair types, including both parts and labor.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
    • Water damage
    • Data recovery services
    • Intentional or Accidental damage to the device
    • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs
Please note that our warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original customer who received the repair service.

Filing a Warranty Claim
If you believe your repair qualifies for a warranty claim, follow these simple steps:
  1. Submit a Warranty Claim Request: Fill out the warranty claim request form by clicking here.
  2. Provide Required Documentation:
    1. Original Repair Checklist: You will need both the pre-repair and post-repair checklists from your original service.
    2. Contact Information: Make sure to provide the original contact information used during the repair (e.g., name and email).
    3. Repair Number: You’ll need the repair number, which can be found on the checklists.

Once you have submitted the form, our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Limitations and Conditions

  • No Time Limit for Claims: There is no time limit for submitting a warranty claim after a repair. As long as your device is covered under the terms outlined above, you can file a claim at any time.
  • Discretion to Deny Claims: We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim request at our sole discretion.

How the Warranty Process Works
We aim to process approved claims and complete repairs within 3 days. Please note that this timeframe may be extended depending on technician availability and parts availability. The process does not change based on your repair method of Mail-In or On-Site.


Customer Expectations
We work to respond to all warranty claims within 24 hours. Once your claim is approved, we will complete the repair within 3 days. There are no alternative solutions offered if a repair is not feasible.
