Summit Phone Repair Launches “Your Perks Program” to Support Local Businesses in Lee’s Summit

Summit Phone Repair has announced the launch of Your Perks Program, a new community-focused loyalty initiative designed to help locally-owned businesses increase customer engagement and repeat visits — without requiring them to offer discounts or give away free products.

The program pairs Summit Phone Repair with participating local shops, boutiques, cafés, salons, barbers, and other small businesses. Customers receive a punch card at participating locations and earn progress through normal purchases. After five qualifying purchases, customers receive $10 off a phone repair, funded entirely by Summit Phone Repair.

“There are so many incredible locally-owned shops in Lee’s Summit,” said Mitch Evans, owner of Summit Phone Repair. “But loyalty programs usually cost businesses money. They have to give away product or reduce their margins to reward customers. Your Perks is different. These businesses keep every sale and we cover the reward. It’s a partnership that truly supports the local business community.”

How the Your Perks Program Works

1. Local businesses join the program at no cost.
2. Summit Phone Repair provides punch cards, countertop displays, and optional window decals.
3. The business hands out cards and punches them at checkout.
4. When the customer completes five punches, they redeem their $10 phone repair credit directly at Summit Phone Repair.
5. The business never has to process, track, or fund the reward.

In addition to supplying all physical materials, Summit Phone Repair also promotes partner locations on social media and its Google Business profile as part of the city-wide Your Perks Network.

“This is really about collaboration over competition,” Evans added. “When one local business grows, it strengthens the whole community. Your Perks creates a reason for customers to return more often and stay connected with local businesses.”

• And other small, independently-owned businesses

There is no contract, no ongoing obligation, and no fee to join. Businesses may exit the program at any time.
